Doctors took Kyle Glover off of life support after a devastating July 8 accident left the boy brain dead, TMZ.com reported.
Glover and a young family friend were hit by a jet ski while riding in an inner tube that was being pulled by a pontoon boat on Lake Lanier in Georgia.
A jet ski reportedly struck Glover in the head during the tragic accident, knocking him unconscious.
Both children were immediately rushed to Child’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston, where Glover was quickly declared brain dead.
Glover is the son of Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster. The pair was married for two years.
The 11-year-old’s father is Ryan Glover, president of Bounce TV and a former Turner Broadcasting executive.
