Halle Berry was injured last night, smashing her head on concrete while filming a movie and getting taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Sources tell the site that the mishap occurred around 10 p.m. local time and that an ambulance on scene rushed the gorgeous star to the hospital.
